- Manage month-end closing processes including journal entries and reconciliations during night shift hours
- Process payroll and ensure accurate tax compliance for multi-state operations
- Prepare financial statements and variance analysis for executive review
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain internal controls and audit documentation
- Collaborate with international teams across time zones
- Implement process improvements for night shift accounting workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities during night shift operations
- Professional certification (CPA, CMA) a significant advantage
