Responsibilities
- Perform month-end closing procedures including journal entries and reconciliations
- Process payroll and accounts payable/receivable during overnight shifts
- Prepare financial statements and variance analysis for executive review
- Maintain internal controls and compliance with GAAP standards
- Collaborate with auditors during overnight site visits
- Monitor banking transactions and resolve discrepancies
- Support tax preparation processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 2+ years of accounting experience with night shift exposure
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
