Responsibilities
- Execute month-end closing procedures including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles with precision for international portfolios
- Prepare and distribute daily financial reports to executive leadership
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies
- Maintain SOX compliance documentation and audit readiness protocols
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) for real-time financial monitoring
- Lead weekend bank reconciliations and cash flow forecasting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA preferred
- 3+ years night shift or remote accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and international financial standards
- Experience with multi-currency transactions and tax compliance
- Exceptional attention to detail with zero-error reconciliation history
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proven problem-solving skills in high-pressure scenarios
