Responsibilities
- Perform month-end closing procedures and financial statement preparation during night shifts
- Execute bank reconciliations and journal entries for high-volume transaction processing
- Monitor accounts receivable/payable cycles and resolve discrepancies
- Support audit preparation by organizing documentation and responding to inquiries
- Utilize SAP and QuickBooks for real-time financial data analysis
- Collaborate with international teams during overlapping business hours
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and internal controls protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in public or corporate accounting
- Proven night shift or alternative schedule experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and QuickBooks
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Valid Massachusetts CPA license required
