Responsibilities
- Reconcile accounts payable/receivable and general ledger entries
- Prepare month-end closing reports and financial statements
- Analyze financial data for accuracy and compliance with GAAP
- Process payroll and tax filings on a bi-weekly schedule
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during critical reporting periods
- Maintain internal controls documentation and audit trails
- Support budget forecasting and variance analysis initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency with QuickBooks, SAP, or similar accounting software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table expertise
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in financial reporting
