Responsibilities
- Perform month-end closing procedures including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and resolve discrepancies with vendors/clients
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and support strategic decision-making
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial audits and special projects
- Prepare tax documentation and support external tax preparation processes
- Utilize ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for transaction processing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- 3+ years of accounting experience with night shift or remote work preferred
- CPA certification or actively pursuing CPA designation
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced overnight environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with SOX compliance and internal controls
