- Perform daily/monthly bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance
- Manage accounts payable/receivable during overnight processing cycles
- Prepare financial statements and compliance reports under tight deadlines
- Conduct internal audits and variance analysis for operational efficiency
- Collaborate with international teams during cross-continental time zones
- Implement SOX compliance procedures for night shift operations
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of night shift accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel (VBA skills a plus)
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and SEC regulations
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
