Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing procedures and financial statement preparation during night shift hours
- Process and reconcile accounts payable/receivable transactions with precision
- Conduct detailed audits of financial records and supporting documentation
- Assist with tax preparation and compliance documentation
- Maintain accurate financial databases and ensure data integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting discrepancies
- Generate comprehensive financial reports for executive review
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work independently during night shifts
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
