Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes during night hours.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and accurate general ledger entries.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Review and audit invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry into financial software systems (QuickBooks/SAP).
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to resolve outstanding financial discrepancies.
- Maintain organized financial records and filing systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Associate Degree in Accounting preferred.
- Mandatory: Must be available to work a night shift schedule (6:00 PM - 3:00 AM).
- Excellent analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a quiet environment.
