Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day reconciliations for multi-location operations
- Process payroll and expense reports during overnight hours
- Generate monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Manage accounts payable/receivable workflows with zero tolerance for errors
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal audit protocols
- Collaborate with day-shift managers for seamless financial operations
- Maintain digital and physical financial record systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
