- Process daily financial transactions and reconcile accounts with precision
- Prepare and analyze month-end closing reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and vendor communications
- Assist with financial audits and compliance documentation
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and supporting documentation
- Collaborate with day-time team on financial reporting requirements
- Implement process improvements for night shift accounting workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration
