Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes to ensure timely financial reporting.
- Maintain and update general ledger entries and financial documentation.
- Process payroll adjustments and expense reports according to company policy.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and assist in budget preparation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in general accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or Excel (advanced functions) is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
