Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes and reconcile general ledger accounts during overnight shifts
- Process and verify accounts payable/receivable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Prepare financial statements and regulatory compliance reports for international clients
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements for night shift operations
- Collaborate with AP/AR teams to resolve discrepancies before next business day
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive financial data during off-peak hours
- Support tax preparation processes and documentation for quarterly filings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle accounting with night shift exposure
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
- Proven ability to meet deadlines during non-traditional work hours
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in high-pressure environments
