Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end closing procedures and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for executive review
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing systems
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with GAAP/SOX regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Maintain confidential financial records and implement data security protocols
- Generate custom financial reports for senior leadership and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience with night shift exposure
- CPA certification or actively pursuing CPA designation preferred
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
