Responsibilities
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and account reconciliations
- Process month-end closing tasks including journal entries and accruals
- Assist with financial reporting and variance analysis
- Monitor accounts receivable/payable during night shift hours
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
- Collaborate with day team for seamless financial operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with night shift or alternative scheduling preferred
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation a plus
