Responsibilities
- Perform daily/month-end bank reconciliations and journal entries
- Prepare financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processing cycles
- Assist with audit preparation and compliance documentation
- Monitor financial controls and internal processes
- Collaborate with international teams across time zones
- Utilize SAP and QuickBooks for transaction processing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years general ledger experience
- Advanced Excel proficiency with pivot tables/VLOOKUPs
- SAP/Oracle ERP system expertise
- Strong GAAP and SOX compliance knowledge
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Previous night shift or 24/7 environment experience a plus
