Responsibilities
- Perform month-end closing procedures and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with precision
- Analyze financial data and prepare detailed variance reports
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal audit requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during handover periods
- Maintain accurate documentation for financial audits
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
- 3+ years of accounting experience (night shift preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- CPA certification or actively pursuing (strongly preferred)
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently during night hours
