Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day financial reconciliations and journal entries during night shifts
- Prepare and distribute daily financial reports to executive leadership
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles with zero tolerance for errors
- Conduct month-end closing procedures and assist with audits
- Maintain accurate financial databases using SAP and QuickBooks
- Collaborate with international teams during off-hours for global reporting
- Ensure SOX compliance and internal control adherence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of night shift or after-hours accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- SAP and QuickBooks certification strongly preferred
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and SOX compliance requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail with 99.9% accuracy in reconciliations
