Responsibilities
- Perform month-end closing procedures including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance and accuracy
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes with meticulous attention to detail
- Conduct internal audits and financial reporting for international subsidiaries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial forecasting and budgeting
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) for transaction processing and data extraction
- Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive financial data
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting experience with night shift or remote work background
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks, and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial regulations
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Experience with multi-currency transactions and international accounting
