Responsibilities
- Perform daily reconciliation of general ledger accounts, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process high-volume financial transactions and invoices with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports and statements for management review.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Maintain and update accounting records in financial management systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
- Conduct internal audits and variance analysis to identify discrepancies and recommend solutions.
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc reporting and special projects during night operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required; CPA certification preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting, preferably within a corporate or high-volume environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for reporting to upper management.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
