Responsibilities
- Perform month-end closing procedures including reconciliations and journal entries
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with accuracy
- Analyze financial data using ERP systems and Excel
- Prepare internal reports and variance analyses for leadership
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
- Collaborate with global teams during overnight operations
- Support audits by maintaining organized financial records
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting experience in corporate or public accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
