Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile daily general ledger entries and bank statements.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions with strict accuracy.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
- Maintain and organize financial documentation and digital records.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure a smooth handover of financial data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or SAP).
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (evenings/overnights) on a consistent basis.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
