We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to manage our Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, ensure timely payroll execution, and support month-end close activities.

Responsibilities
- Process and verify daily invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts on a weekly basis.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures, including journal entries.
- Prepare and distribute financial reports to management in a timely manner.
- Manage and respond to vendor inquiries regarding billing and payments.
- Perform general accounting tasks, including payroll assistance and expense tracking.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in general accounting, AP/AR preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero).
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles.
- Must be available to work nights (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
