- Prepare and analyze financial statements for executive review
- Assist with tax preparation and compliance documentation
- Maintain digital financial records with zero-tolerance for discrepancies
- Collaborate with global teams on cross-functional financial projects
- Implement process improvements for night shift accounting workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience in a 24/7 environment
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and SOX compliance requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail with error-free record-keeping
- Strong analytical skills for financial data interpretation
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Proven experience with multi-currency transactions
