- Perform month-end closing procedures and reconciliations during overnight shifts
- Prepare and analyze financial statements including balance sheets and income reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processing and vendor communications
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls
- Collaborate with day-team accountants for seamless handovers
- Utilize ERP systems for real-time data monitoring
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of accounting experience with night shift preference
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred
