Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Process accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Conduct bank reconciliations and financial audits
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive financial data
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, or similar accounting software
- CPA certification or advanced degree preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong understanding of night shift operational workflows
