Responsibilities
- Execute month-end closing procedures with precision and timeliness
- Reconcile complex general ledger accounts and bank statements nightly
- Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare and distribute daily financial reports to executive leadership
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles with zero-error tolerance
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly compliance reviews
- Maintain strict adherence to SOX compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of public or corporate accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and SAP systems
- Proven ability to work independently in night shift environments
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and regulatory compliance standards
- Exceptional attention to detail with zero tolerance for errors
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
- Available to work 40-hour night shift schedule (10 PM - 6 AM)
