Responsibilities
- Perform month-end closing procedures including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Process payroll and accounts payable/receivable transactions overnight
- Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Prepare and distribute daily/weekly financial reports to management
- Coordinate with international teams for multi-currency transactions
- Assist in internal audits and regulatory compliance documentation
- Maintain organized financial records using SAP and QuickBooks systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting experience with night shift or global finance exposure
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and accounting software
- Strong understanding of GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting standards
- Exceptional attention to detail with ability to work independently overnight
- Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license for occasional off-site document retrieval
