Responsibilities
- Perform daily/month-end bank reconciliations and journal entries
- Process payroll transactions and tax filings for multiple entities
- Prepare financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and aging reports
- Conduct internal audits and compliance reviews
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly/annual reviews
- Maintain accurate financial records in ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of accounting experience with night shift preference
- CPA or advanced accounting certification preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel (VLOOKUP/PivotTables)
- Strong GAAP knowledge and regulatory compliance expertise
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
