Responsibilities
- Execute end-of-day financial reconciliations and journal entries during night shift hours
- Prepare and analyze daily/weekly financial reports for executive review
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes with zero tolerance for errors
- Conduct bank reconciliations and variance analysis for 15+ accounts
- Support month-end close procedures with real-time data validation
- Collaborate with international teams during off-peak hours
- Maintain internal controls documentation and audit trail compliance
- Lead quarterly tax preparation support for regional operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience with night shift preference
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel (VLOOKUP/Pivot Tables)
- Proven track record of reconciling high-volume financial transactions
- Exceptional attention to detail with 99.9% reconciliation accuracy
- Strong analytical skills for variance investigation and reporting
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during off-hours
- Experience with GAAP compliance and internal audit procedures
