- Reconcile daily transactions and prepare month-end financial statements
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage payroll during night shift hours
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with GAAP regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies
- Generate financial reports for executive review and strategic planning
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and supporting documentation
- Support tax preparation and documentation processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in night shift accounting roles
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Ability to work independently in a night shift environment
