Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day reconciliation of accounts and financial transactions
- Prepare and analyze nightly financial reports for executive review
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processing during off-peak hours
- Conduct month-end closing procedures and journal entries
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
- Collaborate with international teams on multi-currency transactions
- Maintain accurate financial documentation and audit trails
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of general ledger experience
- Proven night shift or remote accounting background
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
