Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day reconciliations for multi-corporate accounts
- Process and validate overnight transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Generate and distribute daily financial reports to executive leadership
- Manage month-end closing procedures during overnight shifts
- Collaborate with international teams to resolve time-zone-specific discrepancies
- Maintain compliance with SOX and GAAP standards
- Implement process improvements for overnight accounting workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of night shift or remote accounting experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel
- Proven track record in high-volume transaction processing
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Experience with multi-currency reconciliation systems
- Professional certification (e.g., CMA, CIA) a plus
