Responsibilities
- Perform daily/monthly bank reconciliations and account reconciliations
- Process and record journal entries for after-hours transactions
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Monitor accounts receivable/payable during overnight operations
- Support internal audits and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with day-shift team for seamless financial continuity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 2+ years of accounting experience with night shift preference
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks
- Strong GAAP knowledge and reconciliation expertise
- CPA or CPA candidate strongly preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
