Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day bank reconciliations and transaction verification
- Manage month-end closing processes including journal entries and accruals
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with strict attention to detail
- Process payroll and expense reports with accuracy and timeliness
- Collaborate with international teams during overnight cross-functional projects
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls
- Support audit preparation and documentation requests
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in accounting or financial operations
- Proficiency with QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
- Experience with month-end closing processes and reconciliations
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- CPA certification or equivalent preferred
- Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration
