Responsibilities
- Reconcile daily financial transactions and maintain accurate general ledger accounts
- Prepare and analyze month-end closing reports with attention to detail
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with internal audits and regulatory compliance documentation
- Generate financial statements and variance analysis for executive review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial data security
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle accounting
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions
- Strong understanding of GAAP and tax regulations
- Exceptional analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with multi-currency accounting systems a plus
