Responsibilities
- Perform month-end closing procedures and financial statement preparation
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger accounts
- Process payroll and tax filings with precision
- Analyze financial data for accuracy and compliance with GAAP
- Assist with audits and regulatory reporting requirements
- Manage vendor relationships and invoice processing
- Implement process improvements for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of accounting experience with night shift preference
- CPA certification or active pursuit strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently during non-traditional hours
- Strong communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
