Responsibilities
- Execute daily/monthly reconciliations for high-volume accounts during night shift hours
- Process payroll and vendor payments with zero tolerance for errors
- Generate financial reports and analytics for executive review
- Collaborate with international teams across multiple time zones
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls
- Support month-end closing procedures during night shift
- Implement process improvements for night shift accounting workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting experience with night shift exposure
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Proven ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience with multi-currency transactions a plus
- Ability to work independently in a remote-friendly night shift environment
