Responsibilities
- Execute month-end closing procedures including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Prepare and distribute daily/weekly financial reports to senior management
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes with strict adherence to deadlines
- Conduct internal audits and compliance checks for SOX adherence
- Collaborate with international teams during handover periods for seamless operations
- Maintain accurate financial records in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle experience preferred)
- Support tax preparation and documentation requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting experience with night shift or remote work exposure
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and accounting software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during off-hours
- Experience with multi-currency transactions and international accounting standards
- Valid Texas CPA license or actively pursuing certification
