Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processing.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and general ledger adjustments to ensure data accuracy.
- Assist in month-end and year-end close procedures with strict adherence to GAAP standards.
- Review and audit financial documents for errors, compliance, and completeness.
- Prepare and distribute timely financial reports to senior management.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and vendor inquiries efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional accounting experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or SAP).
- Must be available to work the night shift (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
