- Prepare and maintain financial statements in compliance with GAAP
- Process accounts payable/receivable and payroll transactions
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during business hours
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions
- CPA or CPA candidacy strongly preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements
