- Perform month-end closing procedures and reconcile GL accounts nightly
- Process payroll, accounts payable/receivable transactions with zero-error tolerance
- Analyze financial data and prepare detailed reports for executive review
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls during off-hours operations
- Collaborate with international teams across time zones for seamless financial workflows
- Implement process improvements for night shift financial operations
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive financial information
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting experience with night shift or remote work exposure
