Responsibilities
- Reconcile daily transactions and maintain accurate financial records during night shift hours
- Prepare and analyze month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial statements
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes with strict adherence to deadlines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations for public reporting
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis for executive leadership
- Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience, including night shift exposure
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
- Expert knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and SOX compliance
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong problem-solving abilities and collaborative communication style
- Proven experience with month-end closing processes
