Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-month closing procedures and reconciliations during overnight shifts
- Process and verify accounts payable/receivable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Prepare financial statements and compliance reports adhering to GAAP standards
- Conduct bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies within 24 hours
- Assist with audit preparation and documentation requests
- Maintain digital financial records using QuickBooks and SAP systems
- Collaborate with international teams across time zones via secure portals
- Implement process improvements to enhance night shift efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- CPA certification or actively pursuing CPA designation
- Proven ability to meet deadlines during overnight work cycles
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail-oriented mindset
- Experience with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
