Responsibilities
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and month-end closing procedures
- Process accounts payable/receivable with 24-hour turnaround
- Prepare financial statements and regulatory compliance reports
- Conduct internal audits and process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with international teams across time zones
- Implement accounting controls and SOX compliance measures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of night shift or global accounting experience
- CPA certification or actively pursuing CPA designation
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and international accounting standards
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
