Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day reconciliation and financial reporting during night shift hours
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processing and month-end closing procedures
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Collaborate with international teams during off-peak hours for seamless operations
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial data integrity
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) for transaction processing and analysis
- Support audit preparation and documentation requests
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting experience with night shift or rotational schedule exposure
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks/SAP)
- Demonstrated expertise in month-end closing and reconciliation processes
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently during off-peak hours with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
