Responsibilities
- Perform month-end close procedures including journal entries and reconciliations
- Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare and review financial statements for multiple business units
- Manage accounts payable/receivable with zero-tolerance for errors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial reporting initiatives
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX regulations
- Maintain organized digital financial records using QuickBooks and SAP
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of night shift accounting experience
- Expertise in month-end closing processes and reconciliations
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel
