- Perform end-of-day financial reconciliations and closing procedures
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with precision
- Process payroll and manage expense reports for overnight departments
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls

- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Excel

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of accounting experience with night shift preference
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- CPA or CPA candidate strongly preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote overnight environment
