Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day financial reconciliations and journal entries
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions during overnight hours
- Prepare and analyze month-end closing reports
- Ensure SOX compliance and audit readiness documentation
- Collaborate with day-team accountants for seamless financial handoffs
- Monitor banking activities and resolve discrepancies
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel (VBA a plus)
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM (Monday-Friday)
