Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable/receivable during night shift hours
- Prepare month-end financial statements and variance analysis
- Process payroll transactions and tax filings with precision
- Conduct internal audits and ensure SOX compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial reporting
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and documentation
- Support external audit processes and provide requested documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in night shift roles
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
- CPA certification or actively pursuing preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with GAAP compliance and financial reporting
- Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
